FAITH OF JESUS

"I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Heb.13:5)

When Jesus went down into death and the darkness of hell, the deserved punishment for sin, He did so without any tangible evidence to trust that His Life would be restored to live forever. Jesus had to overcome doubt, fear and unbelief with the same sources of equipping found in every human. God had put all of Himself into man and Jesus was born. Then life became his choice, as with all who are born. Jesus chose God; to know His thoughts and to do His Will, and thus to become the perfect sacrifice, accepted by God, for the sins of the world.

When Jesus obeyed the Father all the way to undeserved and unjustified death on a cross, He had only His Faith and Belief in the mercy and love of God to take Him through death and darkness to life eternal on the other side.

If we can find within ourselves, the same faith and belief in the mercy and love of God, then we, too, can rise from the death of self to live forever after in God's Kingdom, in the earth. Let your old life go and begin "...to walk in newness of life." Let the Spring of life and new growth begin in you - NOW - for "He is Risen."
